1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, installing the DocPro extension, or using docpro.cloud (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you're using DocPro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The service
DocPro Cloud is an independent AI development platform. Its team of persistent AI specialists keeps memory across sessions, produces software and related work, and — at your direction — can provision and act on cloud infrastructure. DocPro is built on Anthropic's Claude and other AI providers and is not affiliated with Anthropic. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and API keys secure.
- Account administrators can see call logs and other account activity; if you're part of an organization's account, your usage may be visible to its administrators.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to build or operate anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights;
- Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Service's security or per-account isolation, or access data that isn't yours;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as the law expressly permits;
- Overload or disrupt the Service, or use it to send spam or malware;
- Use the Service to generate content that violates a third party's rights or an AI provider's usage policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Credentials, infrastructure & costs
DocPro can act on real systems — connecting to services like GitHub and, in Build Mode, provisioning and configuring cloud infrastructure. It does this with credentials you provide and at your direction. Because of that:
- You own the accounts and the bill. Any cloud accounts, domains, third-party services, and credentials you connect remain yours. You are solely responsible for all charges, usage, and costs incurred on those accounts — including infrastructure the team provisions, schedules, or runs at your request.
- You authorize the actions you direct. When you connect credentials or start a workflow that provisions or changes infrastructure, you authorize DocPro to act with those credentials to carry out that work.
- Review before you rely. Automated and autonomous work (including Build Mode and scheduled builds) moves fast. You are responsible for reviewing what it does before you depend on it in production. We recommend running a code review and watching sensitive changes land.
- We're not liable for what your infrastructure does or costs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for cloud charges, data loss, downtime, or damage arising from infrastructure provisioned or actions taken with your credentials at your direction, or from third-party services you connect.
6. AI output & your review
DocPro produces AI-generated output — code, documents, plans, and spoken responses. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before you use it, ship it, or rely on it. DocPro is a tool that helps you build; it does not replace your judgment or professional advice.
7. Your content & ownership
You own your content. The material you bring to the Service and the work product it produces for you are yours. You grant DocPro a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service for you (including sending it to the AI and service providers listed in our Privacy Policy to perform the work). We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train DocPro-owned models. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example Anthropic, Google, Amazon Web Services, and the communications providers listed in our Privacy Policy), and can connect to services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. If a provider changes or discontinues something we depend on, features may change accordingly.
9. Fees & billing
- Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cycle shown at purchase. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Some features draw on your own AI provider keys (for example, on-demand memory synthesis after your trial). Charges on those provider accounts are yours, per Section 5.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- We may change pricing prospectively, with notice for renewals.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for cloud or infrastructure costs incurred on accounts you control.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid DocPro in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DocPro harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, the infrastructure or actions you direct with your credentials, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (deletion is described in the Privacy Policy and Security page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, communicate them through the platform. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and DocPro agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute that isn't subject to informal resolution. Before filing anything, please contact us — most issues are faster to fix than to litigate.
